Prices and Currency

All prices are displayed on each product page and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
The primary transaction currency for this store is Japanese Yen (JPY).

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and the size of the artwork. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
If bank transfers or other specific payment methods are offered, any transfer or processing fees charged by the payment provider shall be borne by the customer.

Accepted payment methods include credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any other payment methods specified on this store.
Payment is captured at the time the order is placed. Orders will be processed only after successful payment has been confirmed.

Each artwork is made to order. In general, orders are dispatched within approximately two (2) weeks after order confirmation.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier’s circumstances, customs procedures, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer cancellation right applies under the laws of the customer’s country or region, we will comply with the applicable laws.
For all other regions, the following policy applies:
- If an order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, we will accept a return or offer a replacement, provided that the customer contacts us within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, preference regarding color or size, or ordering errors.

If a return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
In any other case where we exceptionally agree to accept a return, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Certain artworks may be produced in limited quantities. Any such limitations will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
Orders for limited or time-sensitive items may be cancelled if payment is not completed within the period specified on the product page or during checkout.

Digital content, where applicable, is delivered via download link, streaming, or other online access as described on the relevant product page.
System requirements and supported devices or browsers are described on the applicable product page.
Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted once download or access has begun, except where required by applicable law.

We shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, carrier issues, or customs delays.
Please note that colors of the actual artwork may differ slightly from those displayed on the website due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and printing processes.
