Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your artwork.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at admin@pssecret.com before sending any items back.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved and the item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at admin@pssecret.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of our artworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or ordering errors.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
