We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your artwork.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at admin@pssecret.com before sending any items back.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved and the item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of our artworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or ordering errors.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

- Let the print rest flat for a while before framing, so that the paper can naturally relax from the rolled state.
- Use acid‑free materials (mat, backing board, tape, etc.) when framing to help preserve the colors and paper quality.
- To remove dust, gently brush the surface with a soft, dry cloth or duster; do not use water, cleaning sprays, or solvents on the paper.
